From 1st June, registration opens for university admissions. Students can begin applying to their preferred universities and start the documentation process.
Entrance Exam
By mid-June, students can appear for the entrance exam or complete the required admission assessment process as per university guidelines.
Results & Confirmation
From mid-July to the end of July, admission results are announced. Selected students receive confirmation and move ahead with final formalities.
Travel & Arrival
From the first week to mid-September, students complete their travel and reach their respective universities to begin their academic journey.

How repayment works
Short-term financial assistance provided under this program may be subject to repayment within a mutually agreed period. The repayment timeline is determined through open discussion between the student and SFYS Union leadership before any support is extended.
In cases where repayment is delayed beyond the agreed period, additional terms may be discussed transparently and compassionately. We understand that circumstances change, and we approach these conversations with understanding — not pressure.
All agreements are documented and shared with the student in writing so that both parties have complete clarity.
