We place Indian students in NMC-approved medical universities across Russia and Central Asia. One flat consultancy fee, written down before you pay a rupee — and support that continues after you land.
Most consultancies quote a small figure and add charges at every stage. We publish ours here so you can compare before you talk to anyone.
Everything we do for you, from your first call until you are settled on campus — bundled into a single amount, agreed in writing.
Admission, paperwork, visa, travel and settling in — handled by one team that stays reachable throughout.
We match your NEET score, budget and city preference to universities where you will actually get a seat — not the one that pays us most.
AdmissionMarksheets, passport, medical certificates, apostille and MEA attestation — prepared, checked and submitted by our team.
PaperworkInvitation letter, visa file, embassy appointment and interview preparation. We track every deadline so nothing slips.
VisaFlight booking guidance, group travel where possible, airport pickup at destination and hostel check-in on day one.
TravelHostel allotment, local registration, bank and SIM setup, and an in-country contact you can call when something goes wrong.
On groundFee payment reminders, visa extension help, and coordination with the university office for the full length of your course.
OngoingWe work only where we have direct university relationships and people on the ground. Russia is our largest intake.
Our primary intake — state medical universities
Close to India, moderate tuition
Growing option for Indian students
Budget-friendly, English medium
European setting, English programmes
Indicative timeline for the September intake. Exact dates vary by university and are shared on our WhatsApp channel.
University registration begins. We shortlist options for your profile and start collecting documents so nothing is pending later.
Students appear for the university’s entrance test or complete the required assessment, as per that university’s admission rules.
Admission results are announced. Selected students receive the invitation letter and move to visa filing and fee payment.
Departure, airport pickup, hostel check-in and university registration. Classes begin within the first two weeks of September.
Most agents disappear once the fee is paid. MedUnity Abroad keeps a direct line open through all six years — for academic issues, visa extensions, and genuine financial difficulty.

No pressure call, no registration charge to talk. You’ll get a realistic list of universities, the total cost, and the timeline — and you can decide from there.
A medical admissions consultancy built on one rule: the family should know the full cost and the honest odds before anyone signs anything.
MedUnity Abroad was founded on a simple observation: families in small towns were paying two and three times what an MBBS admission abroad actually costs, because nobody would tell them the real number.
Agents quoted a low registration fee, then added charges for documentation, visa, tickets and “processing” at every stage. Some students were abandoned the day they landed. We built the company to work the opposite way — one published fee, a written breakdown, and a team that stays reachable for six years.
Over roughly three years we have guided more than 2,000 students, and today we enrol around 150 students each year across Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Georgia. MedUnity Abroad Private Limited is registered in India under CIN U74909UP2025PTC237203.
Speak to our teamSix things every family gets, regardless of which university they choose.
You speak to the same counsellor throughout — not a call centre, not a different person each time.
Consultancy fee, tuition, hostel and government charges, itemised on paper before you pay anything.
If your score or budget doesn’t fit a university, we say so. We would rather lose the enrolment than mislead you.
Airport pickup, hostel check-in, registration, bank and SIM — sorted in your first week, not left to you.
You join a group of MedUnity students already at that university who help newcomers settle in.
Fee disputes, document delays, visa extensions — we take it up with the university office on your behalf.
Five principles that decide how we handle every case.
The student’s interest decides the recommendation, not our margin
Published fee, written breakdown, receipts for everything
We tell you the difficult part too, before you commit
Reachable from application through to graduation
Parents are kept in the loop at every stage
Five things you can verify before you pay.
₹90,000 + GST, printed on this page, not quoted privately
A private limited company with a verifiable CIN
Someone on the ground where most of our students study
Real numbers: 2,000+ guided, about 150 placed a year
Same number answers in year one and year six

A short-term helping hand for MedUnity students who hit a genuine financial problem mid-course. Reviewed case by case, agreed in writing, never assumed.
A limited welfare initiative for students already enrolled through us — not a loan product, and not a promise of funding.
Studying abroad rarely goes exactly to plan. A family emergency, a currency swing, a delayed transfer at home — and a student who was managing fine suddenly can’t clear a hostel or tuition instalment on time.
The MedUnity Student Support Programme exists for exactly those moments. It is a discretionary, case-by-case assistance initiative for students enrolled through MedUnity Abroad who are facing a real, documented financial difficulty during their course.
It is not a commercial lending service, we are not a financial institution, and assistance is never guaranteed. Every case is reviewed individually, and if we can help, the terms are put in writing and signed by both sides before any money moves.
Ask about supportStated plainly so nobody applies with the wrong expectation.
Available to students who enrolled through MedUnity Abroad and are currently studying.
May be considered at any point during the course, including the final year.
For academic and living costs during real hardship — not for discretionary spending.
Each request is assessed on its own facts. Approval is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
Nothing is arranged over a form. You speak to us, and your family is kept informed.
Amount, purpose and repayment schedule are documented and signed before funds are released.
Read this part carefully before applying.
Assistance provided under this programme is repayable within a period agreed in advance between the student, their family and MedUnity Abroad. The amount, purpose and schedule are settled in conversation before any support is extended.
If repayment is delayed beyond the agreed period, we discuss revised terms openly rather than applying penalties silently. Circumstances change, and we would rather have that conversation early than turn it into a dispute.
Every agreement is documented, signed and shared with the student and their family, so both sides hold the same written record.
A student one semester from graduating shouldn’t lose the degree over a temporary cash gap.
Whoever starts the journey with us deserves a fair chance to finish it
A temporary shortfall shouldn’t become a permanent setback
Illness or loss at home doesn’t wait for the fee calendar
It’s a commitment between us and our students, not a product
Every request is treated confidentially and without judgement. The earlier you raise it, the more options there usually are — including ones that don’t involve borrowing at all.
