They helped me pick BSMU based on my actual profile instead of pushing whichever university was convenient. What sets MedUnity apart is that they don’t stop at getting you admitted — they prepare you for everything that follows.
Questions

Frequently asked

Straight answers to what parents and students ask us most.

MedUnity Abroad Private Limited is a registered medical education consultancy based in Mirganj, Uttar Pradesh (CIN: U74909UP2025PTC237203). We help Indian students secure MBBS admission at recognised medical universities in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Georgia, and support them through documentation, visa, travel and their years on campus.
Our consultancy fee is a flat ₹90,000 plus 18% GST, one time, per student. That covers our entire service — admission, documentation, visa, travel coordination and arrival support. University tuition and hostel charges are separate and paid directly to the university as per its official fee structure. Everything is put in writing before you pay.
Russia is our primary destination, and we also place students in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Georgia. We deliberately work only where we have direct university contact and people on the ground. The current university list, seat availability and fee structures are shared on our WhatsApp channel — ask us and we’ll send the latest.
Yes. Under National Medical Commission rules, an Indian student must qualify NEET-UG to study medicine abroad and to be eligible for the licensing exam on return. You will also need your Class 12 marksheet with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, a valid passport, and a medical fitness certificate. Requirements can vary slightly by university and we confirm the exact list for your chosen one.
We only work with universities listed by the relevant national medical authority and recognised by bodies such as WDOMS. To practise in India you must clear the licensing exam conducted by the National Board of Examinations and complete internship as per NMC rules — the degree alone is not a licence. We guide you on eligibility and requirements, and we will tell you honestly if a university does not meet the criteria.
We have guided more than 2,000 students so far and currently enrol around 150 students each year. We don’t publish a “100% success” figure, because admission depends on your NEET result, documents and the university’s own seat position. What we do commit to is an honest assessment of your chances before you spend any money.
No. The consultancy fee is fixed at ₹90,000 + 18% GST and does not change midway. University tuition, hostel and visa government charges are shown separately and paid at their actual cost. You get a written breakdown before you commit, and receipts for everything paid to us.
Yes. Airport pickup, hostel check-in, local registration, bank and SIM setup are part of the service. After that we remain reachable for visa extensions, fee deadlines and coordination with the university office for the full duration of your course. Our team includes a contact based in Russia.
Some universities offer merit-based concessions on tuition, and these change from intake to intake. We will tell you which ones are actually available for your profile rather than promising a discount that doesn’t exist. Any concession is granted by the university, not by us.
Message us on WhatsApp with your NEET score, Class 12 marks and budget range. We usually reply within a few hours on working days. The first consultation is free and there is no obligation to enrol.

About MedUnity Abroad

A medical admissions consultancy built on one rule: the family should know the full cost and the honest odds before anyone signs anything.

MedUnity Abroad students
Our story

Why we started

MedUnity Abroad was founded on a simple observation: families in small towns were paying two and three times what an MBBS admission abroad actually costs, because nobody would tell them the real number.

Agents quoted a low registration fee, then added charges for documentation, visa, tickets and “processing” at every stage. Some students were abandoned the day they landed. We built the company to work the opposite way — one published fee, a written breakdown, and a team that stays reachable for six years.

Over roughly three years we have guided more than 2,000 students, and today we enrol around 150 students each year across Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Georgia. MedUnity Abroad Private Limited is registered in India under CIN U74909UP2025PTC237203.

MedUnity Abroad student welfare initiative

Student Support Programme

A short-term helping hand for MedUnity students who hit a genuine financial problem mid-course. Reviewed case by case, agreed in writing, never assumed.

What this is

What the programme actually means

A limited welfare initiative for students already enrolled through us — not a loan product, and not a promise of funding.

Studying abroad rarely goes exactly to plan. A family emergency, a currency swing, a delayed transfer at home — and a student who was managing fine suddenly can’t clear a hostel or tuition instalment on time.

The MedUnity Student Support Programme exists for exactly those moments. It is a discretionary, case-by-case assistance initiative for students enrolled through MedUnity Abroad who are facing a real, documented financial difficulty during their course.

It is not a commercial lending service, we are not a financial institution, and assistance is never guaranteed. Every case is reviewed individually, and if we can help, the terms are put in writing and signed by both sides before any money moves.

Ask about support

Key points

  • Only for students enrolled through MedUnity Abroad
  • Reviewed case by case — never automatic
  • Documented need required
  • A direct conversation happens before anything is agreed
  • May be available up to the 6th year of study
  • All terms written down and signed by both parties
Scope

What it covers, and what it doesn’t

Stated plainly so nobody applies with the wrong expectation.

🎓

MedUnity students only

Available to students who enrolled through MedUnity Abroad and are currently studying.

📅

Up to the 6th year

May be considered at any point during the course, including the final year.

Genuine, documented need

For academic and living costs during real hardship — not for discretionary spending.

🔍

Case-by-case review

Each request is assessed on its own facts. Approval is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

💬

Direct discussion first

Nothing is arranged over a form. You speak to us, and your family is kept informed.

📝

Written terms

Amount, purpose and repayment schedule are documented and signed before funds are released.

Important

How repayment works

Read this part carefully before applying.

Repayment terms

Assistance provided under this programme is repayable within a period agreed in advance between the student, their family and MedUnity Abroad. The amount, purpose and schedule are settled in conversation before any support is extended.

If repayment is delayed beyond the agreed period, we discuss revised terms openly rather than applying penalties silently. Circumstances change, and we would rather have that conversation early than turn it into a dispute.

Every agreement is documented, signed and shared with the student and their family, so both sides hold the same written record.

⚠️ This is not a loan or credit product and MedUnity Abroad is not a lender. Assistance is discretionary and subject to a written agreement. Please read the terms in full, and consult your family before signing.
Why we do it

The reason this exists

A student one semester from graduating shouldn’t lose the degree over a temporary cash gap.

❤️

Student welfare

Whoever starts the journey with us deserves a fair chance to finish it

📚

Continuity

A temporary shortfall shouldn’t become a permanent setback

🚨

Emergencies

Illness or loss at home doesn’t wait for the fee calendar

🤝

Trust

It’s a commitment between us and our students, not a product

If you’re stuck, tell us early.

Every request is treated confidentially and without judgement. The earlier you raise it, the more options there usually are — including ones that don’t involve borrowing at all.
